Ghost Whack terms & conditions
  1. The promoter is M Store Ltd, PO Box 703, Manchester, M5 0PW ("Mstore").
  2. Ghost Whack runs from 00:00 on Monday 26 October 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026. Plays after this time will not be accepted.
  3. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Mstore employees and their families are not eligible for the limited prizes.
  4. To play, enter a valid email address. One play per person and per email address. Playing more than once, using multiple email addresses or any automated or unfair method may lead to your prize being withdrawn.
  5. Every completed game wins a discount based on the number of ghosts caught: 0–14 ghosts: 5% off; 15–24 ghosts: 10% off; 25–31 ghosts: 15% off; 32+ ghosts: 20% off.
  6. Limited prizes: one 30% off prize is available for the first player to catch 38 or more ghosts, and one 50% off prize is available for the first player to catch every ghost that appears in their game (minimum 30). Each limited prize can only be won once. Once won, the next eligible player receives the highest standard prize for their score instead. Availability of all prizes is limited, and if the prize for your score is no longer available, you will receive the next highest available prize.
  7. Your discount code is shown at the end of the game. Codes are valid until 23:59 (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026, can be used once per customer, and apply to full-priced items only. The 30% and 50% discounts apply to the first £250 of full-priced items in your order, so the maximum discount is £75 and £125 respectively. They exclude clearance and sale items, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, including Standard Trade Pricing.
  8. Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Standard delivery charges apply.
  9. We use your email address to run the game, issue your prize and prevent repeat plays. We will only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
  10. Mstore reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the game in the event of technical problems, misuse or circumstances beyond its control, and to withhold a prize where these terms have not been followed.
