Price Match Terms and Conditions

At Mstore, we strive to offer you the best value with our Price Match offer. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a qualifying competitor, we’ll aim to match it, subject to the terms below. This policy ensures you shop with confidence while we maintain fairness and sustainability in our pricing.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Identical Product: The item must be the exact same brand, model, size, colour, and condition (i.e., new & unopened) as offered by Mstore.
  2. In Stock: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Mstore Ltd and the competitor at the time of the request.
  3. Proof of Price: You must provide verifiable evidence of the lower price (e.g., a current advertisement, website link, or printed quote) dated within 2 days of your request.
  4. Qualifying Competitors: The lower price must come from a UK based retailer with a physical or online presence, excluding Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.

 

Exclusions

  • Excluded Retailers: We do not price match Amazon (including Amazon Marketplace sellers), eBay (including all listings, auctions, or private sellers), or any similar third-party marketplace platforms.
  • Special Offers: Prices from clearance sales, liquidation events, Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, flash sales, or limited-time promotions (e.g., discount codes, vouchers, or bundle offers) are not eligible.
  • Membership or Subscription Prices: Prices exclusive to loyalty programs, paid memberships (e.g., Costco, Amazon Prime), or subscription services are excluded.
  • Errors or Unofficial Sources: Typographical errors, unverified resellers, or prices from non-authorised dealers do not qualify.
  • Services and Fees: Delivery charges or other add-ons are not included in the Price Match.

 

How to Request a Price Match

Contact our Price Match team at business@mstore.co.uk with your proof of the competitor’s price. Also include details of the order you’d like to place including product name, size and quantity. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 1 working day along with a link to complete your order.

 

Additional Terms

  • One Match Per Item: Limit of one price match per identical product per customer.
  • Our Discretion: Mstore reserves the right to refuse a price match if the terms are not met or if the request is deemed unreasonable (e.g., bulk purchases, commercial use).
  • Price Adjustment: If approved, we’ll match the competitor’s price via a discount code or by adjusting the price and sending you a link.
  • Not Combinable: Price match cannot be combined with other Mstore promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • Policy Updates: We may modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
