  • Cancel anytime through your account

  • No cancellation fees

 

To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

 

Automatic Billing

  • You’re charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle

  • Payments are processed securely using your chosen payment method

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

 

If a payment fails, we’ll and retry. Continued failure may result in cancellation.

 

Easy Changes Anytime

You’re always in control. You can:

 

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update shipping address

  • Update payment method

  • Cancel at anytime 

 

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

 

 

Delivery

Your subscription orders are shipped according to your selected schedule. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

 

 

Returns & Hygiene Notice
