Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: "Win an Ooni Pizza Oven" Competition/Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of Mstore and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise associated with the operation or fulfilment of the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 20th May 2026 at 1:00 PM GMT and closes on 12th June 2026 at 1:00 PM GMT (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available via Mstore (https://mstore.co.uk/pages/win-an-ooni-pizza-oven-ppe-gardening-bundle). Participants must provide their first name, email address, and any other required information requested on the form.

4. Prize Details: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prize details will be communicated within the Giveaway promotional material and/or entry page.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly drawn within 5 days of the end of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided upon entry. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Mstore reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Agreement to Terms: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to subscribe to Mstore marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

7. General Conditions: Mstore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances outside its control. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the administration of the Giveaway and for marketing communications in accordance with Mstore’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for fulfilment of the Giveaway.
