Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Mstore Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of Mstore and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise associated with the operation or fulfilment of the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 12th May 2025 at 9:00 AM GMT and ends on 2nd June 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT ("Entry Period").

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must fill out the entry form available here. Participants must provide their full name, email address, and select one of the three available prizes: (1) Karcher Water Pressure, (2) Makita Site Radio, or (3) £50 Mstore Voucher.

4. Prize Details: There will be a total of 5 winners selected at random from all eligible entries. The prizes available are as follows:

  • Karcher K4 Classic Car & Home 130bar Electric High Pressure Washer 1.8kW 240V + PPE Safety Bundle ( 1 x Showa 377 Gloves, 1 x Riley Stream Evo with Anti-Reflective Lenses, 1 x Showa Temres 281 Gloves, 1 x Skytec Teal Nitrile Disposable Gloves - box of 100)

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the end of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form. Winners must claim their prize within one week of notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, a new winner may be drawn or the prize may not be awarded at Mstore's discretion.

6. Agreement to Terms: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to subscribe to Mstore's newsletter. Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions in the newsletter.

7. General Conditions: Mstore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the operation of the Giveaway.
