Wearing safety eyewear in places with frequent temperature fluctuations or high humidity can cause the lenses to fog up. Not only is this frustrating for the wearer, but it also impacts safety as if visibility is compromised then workers may need to remove their glasses, exposing them to hazards.
No matter what the protection of your chosen pair of safety glasses is, if the lenses become fogged, this can still pose a lot of danger and harm. Mstore offers a wide selection of anti-fog glasses to give you maximum work visibility and ensure consistent safety through various environments.
How does anti-fog protection work?
Riley Tecton coatings are bonded and cured for the product's life on both lens sides, providing excellent resistance to scratching and fogging. The anti-fog performance of Tecton coating far exceeds the minimum level necessary to achieve the N standard (EN166).
Tecton 400, Tecton Anti-scratch and Anti-fog, and Moisture Repellence are some of the Tecton options available. Riley lenses also provide full-colour recognition under EN166/EN172 for distortion-free vision and optimal clarity.
